Zetrix and ASTRON introduce enhanced Chinese digital IDs for overseas verification
Zetrix announced enhanced identity services with ASTRON–Xinghuo BIF. The service converts Chinese personal identity and business registration information into verifiable credentials, helping overseas organizations check identities and reduce exposure to online identity fraud.
ASTRON Hong Kong node enters operation
The World Internet Conference reports the launch of the ASTRON Hong Kong node during its Asia-Pacific Summit digital finance forum. The announcement also outlines an international intelligent-network strategy using decentralized identities and verifiable credentials for trusted collaboration.
Zetrix partners plan cross-border digital ID verification for Malaysia and the Philippines
Zetrix reports an MoU with the Philippines’ DICT and Malaysian partners to develop public blockchain infrastructure. Planned priorities include interoperable national digital IDs, government-issued credentials and trade facilitation. This is an ecosystem partnership announcement, not a completed ASTRON deployment.
